A day in the life of my mom - I would follow her around for a day (or most of the day) and show what her life is like.
Go down town and film what life is like for the homeless and/or Transient people.
This Sunday is Beltain, the Pagan is considered an ancient fertility festival. A local group is holding a public celebration I would go there, with permission from those gathered, and film the ceremony and the merriment before and after the celebrations.
